44harderspfeatureBirch Run, Michigan (Friday, May 22, 2009): Defending Sportsman Track Champion, Kevin Harder drove around early race leader, Joe Cunningham with 10 laps to go and the Bay City, Michigan driver in his Roach's Lawn Care Chevrolet went on to score his first Feature Win of the 2009 racing season.

Harder had to fight off teammates, Cunningham and New Track Record Holder, Don Riley to score the hard fought Feature Win. Chet Allen was fourth and was followed by last week's Feature Winner, Chris Stearns, who completed the Top Five. Tony Basalone was sixth as John Forsythe III, Scott Dann, Gary Shank Jr., and Dennis Roys finished off the Top 10.

Earlier in the day in qualifying, Riley broke the Track Record previously held by Harder as Riley went a 17.184 in Qualifying, beating the track record, which was a 17.250, by 0.066 Seconds. Cunningham and Allen picked up Heat Race Wins.
